With over 35 years of financial services experience, Joy has "worn many hats" and offers a unique and understanding perspective of client needs and customer service. Joy’s early days in cattle farming, horticulture and retail prepared her for the Harvest team with an understanding and appreciation of small business owners. Joy earned her Life A&S Insurance license while at Equitable Life. Joy also has experience as a independent life broker with the Harvest team before moving to Office & Branch Manager, and then promotion into her current role as Operations Manager.

Keri has worked in the financial industry for the past seven years, and with the Harvest team for the last four. Keri’s diverse background focuses on client service, ranging from retail to hospitality to financial administration. Born in London ON, Keri’s academic background highlights studies in Travel and Tourism, providing her with a personal appreciation for helping local businesses succeed.

Joanne is an experienced Harvest team member who has developed the ability to build strong relationships with our clients that result in the delivery of quality support. With over 20 years in the financial industry, Joanne anticipates and responds to client needs and combines enthusiasm with a strong work ethic to produce outstanding results. Originally from England, Joanne has called Canada ‘home’ since the mid-70s.
